Practice Description

Dr. Ferrill is primarily involved in civil litigation and handles insurance defense cases, including professional liability, with a special emphasis on representing veterinarians. He also handles commercial, wrongful death and survival actions, and bad faith litigation. Dr. Ferrill handles state administrative hearings, contract matters, business formations, employment matters, estate planning, probate matters, and appellate law. Dr. Ferrill has extensive appellate experience before the Texas Supreme Court and the Texas Courts of Appeals. Dr. Ferrill is also a certified mediator. Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Ferrill practiced veterinary medicine for four years in Stephenville, Texas, and continues to maintain his license to practice.
