James E. Griffis

Practice Description

Mr. Griffis focuses his practice on commercial transactions with an emphasis on commercial real estate, business acquisitions and sales, general business transactions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, as well as issues related to the formation, governance, conversion, and dissolution of business entities. Mr. Griffis also serves as outside counsel for a number of companies and regularly advises companies regarding a variety of legal issues, including labor and employment and regulatory compliance matters. In addition, he represents clients in various commercial litigation matters in state and federal court.
