Mr. Griffis focuses his practice on commercial transactions with an emphasis on commercial real estate, business acquisitions and sales, general business transactions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, as well as issues related to the formation, governance, conversion, and dissolution of business entities. Mr. Griffis also serves as outside counsel for a number of companies and regularly advises companies regarding a variety of legal issues, including labor and employment and regulatory compliance matters. Renee A. Sanchez

Renee Sanchez focuses her practice in family law with an emphasis on adoption, an area particularly dear to her heart. She also represents children in matters involving the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and practices in a wide range of civil litigation matters including insurance defense, collections, and personal injury. Additionally, Ms. Sanchez enjoys drafting premarital agreements and assisting clients with their estate planning.
